BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: Pest Control Services are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. SCOPE: The Vendor shall manage the total work effort associated with the pest control services in the treatment/prevention of Rodents, Insects, and other vermin for the Crow Service Unit and Satellite Clinics to include spraying along perimeter of buildings.

Background Pest Control Services are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. The CSU is a 24-bed health facility with 2 satellite clinics serving the Crow Reservation in South Central Montana. The goal of the contract is to ensure the prevention and treatment of Rodents, Insects, and other Vermin. Work Details The Vendor shall manage the total work effort associated with pest control services including treatment and prevention of Rodents, Insects, and other vermin for the Crow Service Unit and Satellite Clinics. This includes spraying along the perimeter of buildings. Specific tasks include: - Managing the total work effort - Using targeted methods such as habitat modification, biological control, mechanical control, and judicious use of least hazardous pesticides. The Vendor must provide adequate personnel with management expertise to assure performance. Work control procedures must be implemented to ensure adequate performance, with planning and scheduling to assure availability of materials and equipment. The Vendor shall service departments including the Crow Hospital Kitchen, Entrance Areas (including Garage Bays), and Maintenance Department. Additionally, the Vendor shall spray the 2nd floor perimeter to combat various pests at least twice per year during regular service visits. Period of Performance The initial Period of Performance is intended to start March 1st, 2026 through February 28th, 2027.
