Work Details The contract requires the delivery of a 24 Ton Air Tilt Deck Over Trailer with the following salient characteristics: - Max 102” Trailer Deck Width - Min 24’ Tilt Deck Length - Max 32’ Tilt Deck Length - Max 36” Loaded Deck Height - Min 54,000 lbs GVWR - Min 25 K Axles with Oil Bath - Suspension Min – 25,000lb heavy duty leaf springs - Min 4” I-Beam Crossmembers - All-Weather Sealed 7-way wiring harness - Locking Tilt Bed - Tilt Limit Chains - LED DOT Recessed Approved Lighting - Tool Box with Lockable Cover - Air Operated Tilt Deck - Air Bag Tilt with 120 psi required - 3” Adjustable Lunette Eye - Air Brakes - ½” Safety Chains, Min-Grade 70 - Decking – Min 2” Wood - Tie Downs - Min 10 1” Heavy Duty Straight D-Rings - Jack w/drop leg – Min 20,000 lb - Tail – Standard Knife Edge Approach (1 each) - Plug – 7 Pole. Warranty/Maintenance: Minimum 1-year full factory warranty on the main frame of the trailer. The vendor must include one hour of onsite or virtual training for the new trailer at Fort McCoy covering safety, operation, and daily maintenance requirements.
