Background The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) at Holloman AFB, New Mexico, is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Acutronic USA, Inc. for the Centrifuge Amplifier Replacement. The AFTC has conducted market research and determined that Acutronic USA, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting the specifications required for this contract. The purpose of this contract is to procure and replace specific amplifiers and adapter plates for the 746th Test Squadron's Contraves Model 445 Centrifuge. Work Details The contractor is required to deliver eleven (11) motor power amplifiers and eleven (11) adapter plates. Following the delivery of hardware, the contractor will perform on-site installation and engineering services which include system testing and optimization to ensure that the centrifuge meets or exceeds original OEM performance specifications. The delivery of hardware must occur no later than 24 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). On-site work must commence no later than 60 calendar days after all hardware has been delivered, with installation, testing, and system verification to be completed within a 6-week period from the start date.
