Background The Salt Lake City Corporation is seeking to engage a consultant for On-Call Geotechnical Investigation and Analysis & Environmental Services under Job No. ONC26010. The purpose of this contract is to provide essential geotechnical and environmental services for various City projects, aligning with the City’s mission to ensure safe and sustainable development. Work Details The consultant will provide the following services for various City projects: a) Subsurface investigation, b) Pavement design and designs for soil stabilization techniques, c) Preparation of environmental documents. The work will be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Period of Performance The contract will commence on April 1, 2026, and continue until December 31, 2029. Place of Performance Services will be performed within Salt Lake City, Utah. Bidder Requirements Consultants must comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal laws applicable to their operations. They must possess all necessary licenses required for the services provided. Additionally, consultants are required to have professional liability insurance of at least $1 million per claim and a $1 million annual aggregate limit.
