Creation of outreach materials to inform the public about available resources. 5. Regular reporting on program effectiveness and recommendations for improvement. Period of Performance The initial term of the contract shall be for a period of 1 year starting from the Effective Date, with options for renewal for additional 1-year periods as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Place of Performance The services will be performed primarily within the State of Delaware, with potential outreach extending to various local communities as needed. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be properly licensed to conduct business in Delaware as per 30 Del. C. § 2101. Additionally, vendors must maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws throughout the duration of the contract.
