Provide K9 Simulators and all associated, accessories, training and support required to successfully deploy in a training environment. Details are provided in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). All interested parties must provide product specifications and clearly articulate how they meet the requirements outlined in the SOO.
Background The K9 Training Simulator contract is issued by the Washington CDP WRCTC, located at Camp Murray, Washington. The mission of this contract is to provide advanced K9 simulators that facilitate realistic training for handling medical emergencies in canines. The goal is to enhance the training environment with state-of-the-art technology that allows learners to perform critical life-saving tasks effectively. Work Details The contractor shall provide K9 simulators that include the following specifications: - Interactive life-like response to medical treatment - Full anatomical skeletal motion - Realistic airway with adjustable breathing - Intubation with chest rise and fall - Audio cues including barking, whimpering, growling, stertor, and stridor - Cephalic IV training (bilateral) with flash cue - Needle decompression/thoracocentesis with air release (bilateral) - Adjustable femoral pulse strength and speed via remote control - Gastric Dilatation Volvulus decompression (GDV) site (bloat) - CPR chest compressions with resistance - Mouth-to-snout resuscitation - Packable bleeding junctional wound - Moveable simulated Gun Shot Wound (GSW) for chest seal training - Tracheostomy training site with multi-layered tissue - Remote control with real-time sensor data and programmable scenario evaluation.
