The goal of this contract is to deliver Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Behavioral Health training to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare providers within the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). Work Details The contractor shall provide six (6) virtual training sessions per year, each lasting eight hours, accommodating up to thirty participants per session, totaling a potential reach of 180 employees annually. The training will cover various evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques. Each training session must include: - A current online catalog of available courses searchable by topic area. - Detailed course descriptions including speaker credentials, CEU approvals, handouts, learning objectives, schedules, and instructional modalities. - Compliance with all requirements for instructor qualifications, ensuring they are independently licensed behavioral health providers. - Certificates of completion for participants and a list of attendees provided to DBH after each session.
