This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is anticipated for release on SAM.gov on or around February 3, 2026 for conference space and meals supporting a Nevada Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon event on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in the greater Reno, Nevada area. Conference space will be considered at both casino and non-casino hotels as well as convention centers or like venues. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached. Background The Nevada National Guard is seeking to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event on March 8, 2026, aimed at providing support and resources to National Guard and Reserve Members and their families throughout the deployment cycle. Specific tasks include: 1. Providing two conference rooms: one main room for up to 280 guests for training sessions and meals, and one break-out room for support staff. 2. Ensuring conference rooms are appropriately sized for movement and set up with round tables seating eight per table. 3. Equipping the main conference room with a podium, microphone, speakers, projector, screen, elevated stage, extension cords, grounded power strips, Wi-Fi accessibility, and HDMI cables. 4. Providing beverage services including ice water and coffee throughout the event. 5. Offering a plated lunch or buffet with options for dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free). 6. Ensuring compliance with food handling regulations and maintaining necessary permits on-site during the event. Period of Performance The contract will be performed on March 8, 2026 from approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Place of Performance The venue will be located within a 20-mile radius of Reno, Nevada.
