Background The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 22D Contracting Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base in Kansas, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items related to deicing and anti-icing services. The goal of this contract is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of deicing/anti-icing materials to support the 22 AMXS operations. Work Details The contractor will provide deicing and anti-icing products as specified in the Statement of Work. The delivery will be made to the 22nd AMXS Support Flight located at Flightline Rd Bldg. 1416, McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, KS 67221. The delivery terms are FOB Destination with a required delivery date of 7 days after receipt of order (ARO). The contractor must ensure that all shipments are packed and marked according to carrier requirements and delivered in good order and condition. The total dollar threshold for the BPA is $500K, with individual orders not exceeding this limit. Pricing must be provided using the CLIN Price List included in the solicitation documents.
