Background The solicitation is issued by the 299th Network Operations Squadron (NOS) as part of a multi-phase program to establish an operational data center. The goal of this contract is to procure, install, and configure data center infrastructure that meets specific requirements for future Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation. The contractor will not be supervised by the government and is expected to manage its own employees. Work Details The contractor shall engineer, design, procure, and install a complete and functional data center solution which includes: racks/cabinets, an aisle containment solution, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), and an environmental monitoring system. All equipment must comply with SCIF accreditation standards, which prohibit RF-transmitting capabilities such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular modems. The contractor must provide documentation certifying compliance with these requirements for final project acceptance. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is 180 days from the date of award. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Building 54, 52010 Jayhawk Drive, McConnell AFB, KS 67221.
