Key requirements for the electronic measuring boards include: - Operation in extreme conditions (temperature range of 32F to 120F); - Quick measuring capabilities (under 1 second); - Calibration features; - Durability against physical damage from large saltwater fishes; - Printed metric markings for manual measurements if needed. The software must facilitate real-time data collection and submission. Period of Performance The contract will be effective for three years upon issuance of the Purchase Order, with options to renew annually for up to five additional years based on satisfactory performance. Place of Performance The services will be performed on-board fishing vessels operating in Florida waters.
