Catfish Creek Tributary Stream Restoration Project

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington (RACW) is seeking bids for the Catfish Creek Tributary Stream Restoration Project No. LS 25-53. Bids must be submitted by 10 a.m. on January 29, 2026, at the RACW office located at 90 West Chestnut Street, Suite 700, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid documents can be downloaded for free from the Harshman CE Group, LLC website at https://www.harshmanllc.com under the bidding tab. A hard copy of the documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 at Harshman CE Group, LLC, located at 100 Courson Hill Road, Washington, PA. Only bid documents obtained from Harshman CE Group, LLC will be accepted. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, following the form specified in the contract documents. It is important to note that the project requires compliance with minimum salary and wage standards as outlined in the contract documents, and the contractor must ensure non-discrimination in employment practices. RACW reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review and qualification checks before contract awarding. Contractors must be able to start work within 30 days of contract execution and complete it within 90 consecutive calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
