The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington (RACW) is seeking bids for the Catfish Creek Tributary Stream Restoration Project No. LS 25-53. A hard copy of the documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 at Harshman CE Group, LLC, located at 100 Courson Hill Road, Washington, PA. Only bid documents obtained from Harshman CE Group, LLC will be accepted. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, following the form specified in the contract documents.
