Place of Performance Monona Terrace Parking Ramp in Madison, Wisconsin. Bidder Requirements Proposers must comply with specific requirements including: - Providing a minimum of three references from organizations served within the last five years. - Proposals from certified Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (DVB) may receive a scoring preference. - Proposals from Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) or Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged but currently do not have a price preference due to a pause in the program.
