Background The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) intends to award a sole source purchase order to ASUSA Professional, LLC (Asymmetric Solutions) for training facilities and services. This contract aims to support the Coast Guard Port Security Unit in conducting essential training and qualification exercises critical for maintaining proficiency in small arms, particularly the .50 caliber weapon system, as mandated by the United States Coast Guard standards. Work Details The scope of work includes: 1. Access to a 1300 yard range; 2. A Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Shoot House; 3. A Carbine Range; 4. Provision of two AS Staff members; 5. Lodging accommodations for up to 75 shoreside members. The contractor must provide a facility that meets the following specifications: - Capability to accommodate .50 Cal exercises; - Proximity within 30 minutes of a local medical facility; - Availability for three days of range use for unit training; - Inclusion of Carbine and Targetry ranges; - Amenities such as Team House, Tactical Operations Center (TOC), Gym, WIFI, Outdoor Recreation, Full Laundry, Private bath and Shower.
