PROJECT TITLE

CSU Annual Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Monitoring and Pump Inspection BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: The contractor shall perform annual inspection on all fire sprinkler, fire alarm systems and jockey pumps at the Crow Service Unit. Sites will include Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Pryor Health Clinic and Lodge Grass Health Clinic.

SCOPE

Inspection for the Automatic Fire Protection System at the Crow Hospital, Pryor Health Clinic and Lodge Grass Health Clinic. The survey will include: One Annual Inspection-Survey and Fire Pump Test to include testing the antifreeze solution and appropriate valves. Three (3) Quarterly Inspection Testing the Supervisory Switches and Alarms at each location. One complete Annual inspection of the Fire Alarm System as outlined in NFPA-72. Testing shall include fire alarm initiating devices, notification devises, fire alarm control panel functions, and any auxiliary functions that may be connected to the FACP Written documentation of the testing. Documentation shall be provided to owner. Ancillary Devices to be tested: Remote Annunciator, Kitchen Hood (Ansul Units), Digital Dialer (check out). Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspections and certification, sixty-seven (67) Semi-Annual Inspection and Certification of Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System (1) Hand on live fire training for 354 individuals. Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Fire Sprinkler Pump Test for Pryor Clinic, Lodge Grass Clinic and Crow Northern Cheyenne Hospital. Annual back flow testing for each location (3) Fire Alarm Monitoring Services for 3 locations

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all fire safety systems are functioning correctly and meet safety standards. Work Details The scope of work includes: - One Annual Inspection-Survey and Fire Pump Test to include testing the antifreeze solution and appropriate valves; - Three Quarterly Inspections for testing the Supervisory Switches and Alarms at each location; - One complete Annual inspection of the Fire Alarm System as outlined in NFPA-72, which includes testing fire alarm initiating devices, notification devices, fire alarm control panel functions, and any auxiliary functions connected to the FACP with written documentation provided to the owner; - Testing of ancillary devices such as Remote Annunciator, Kitchen Hood (Ansul Units), Digital Dialer; - Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspections and certification for sixty-seven extinguishers; - Semi-Annual Inspection and Certification of Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System; - Hands-on live fire training for 354 individuals; - Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Fire Sprinkler Pump Test for Pryor Clinic, Lodge Grass Clinic, and Crow Northern Cheyenne Hospital; - Annual backflow testing for each location (3); - Fire Alarm Monitoring Services for 3 locations. Excluded services include Alarm Maintenance, Smoke Detector cleaning, and repair of any issues uncovered during inspections. Period of Performance The initial Period of Performance is intended to start February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027.
