The anticipated requirement is for a base and three (3) year option period non-personal services contract for Behavioral Health Continuing Medical Education (CME) Training at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA. This requirement will be procured as full and open using NAICS code 611430 and size standard $15.0M. The anticipated period of performance is 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2029. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR Part 12 & 13. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Background The anticipated requirement is for a base and three (3) year option period non-personal services contract for Behavioral Health Continuing Medical Education (CME) Training at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA. This requirement will be procured as full and open. The goal of the contract is to provide Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Behavioral Health training in accordance with the Veteran’s Administration/Department of Defense (VA/DoD) Clinical Practice Guidelines. Work Details The contractor shall provide six (6) virtual training sessions per year for up to thirty students each, with the goal being to offer 4-6 courses each year. Each training session will be eight hours in length, allowing the Department of Behavioral Health to train up to 180 employees annually. The contractor must provide a two-year history of positive past performance and a current online catalog that includes details such as speaker credentials, CEU approvals, handouts, learning objectives, and instructional modalities. Training topics will include various evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and more. The contractor is also responsible for ensuring compliance with government holidays and submitting monthly itemized invoices.
