Cover material must be delivered before May 21st 2026. The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 3 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as the State ). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260144CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB. Background The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure cover material for various drop points in Region 4. Cover material must be stockpiled using supplier-furnished loaders and methods designated by UDOT, with specific instructions on stockpile height and reshaping if necessary. Technical support for calibration and application procedures will be required for lightweight cover material during placement.
