The contract is divided into twenty-one items per county, with specific requirements for secured and standard facilities. Bidders must submit pricing for both types if bidding on items 1-17. The scope includes: 1. Rental of various sizes of dumpster boxes (2 to 40 cubic yards) and roll-off containers (10 to 40 cubic yards). 2. Provision of self-contained compactors (15 to 40 cubic yards). 3. A complete waste compactor monitoring system. 4. Container locking mechanisms. 5. Additional items as requested by the using agency. 6. All services must comply with federal, state, county, and local regulations regarding solid waste management. Period of Performance The base term of the contract will be three years from the anticipated effective date, with an option to extend for up to three additional years in one-year increments.
