The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington (RACW) is accepting bids for the Catfish Creek Tributary Stream Restoration Project No. LS 25-53 until 10 a.m. on January 29, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the RACW office located at 90 West Chestnut Street, Suite 700, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301. Bid documents can be downloaded for free from the Harshman CE Group, LLC website at https://www.harshmanllc.com under the bidding tab. A hard copy of the documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 at Harshman CE Group, LLC, 100 Courson Hill Road, Washington, PA. Only bid documents obtained from Harshman CE Group, LLC will be accepted. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, following the guidelines specified in the contract documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with minimum salary and wage requirements as outlined in the contract documents and must not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. RACW reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review and qualification checks before awarding the contract. Contractors must be able to start work within 30 days of contract execution and complete the work within 90 consecutive calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
