Background The Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH), specifically the State Laboratories Division (SLD) and the Environmental Health Analytical Services Branch (EHASB), is seeking a contractor for the supply and delivery of laboratory gases. The contract period is set from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2027. Work Details The contractor will provide various laboratory gases as specified in the solicitation. The gases include, but are not limited to: 1. Acetylene, Atomic Absorption, Grade 2.6, 200-350 cu ft 2. Argon, Industrial, 200 cu ft 3. Argon, Industrial, 300 cu ft 4. Argon Liquid, VGL, 100+ liters 5. Helium, Grade 6 with minimum purity of 99.9999%, available in sizes of 200 cu ft and 300 cu ft 6. Nitrogen with various purity levels in sizes of 200 cu ft and 300 cu ft. The vendor must also provide standard cylinder caps for compressed gases and ensure that all cylinders are hydrostatically tested as required during the contract period. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from January 15, 2026, through January 14, 2027. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the Department of Health State Laboratories Division located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96792. Bidder Requirements Bidders must submit a Certificate of Vendor Compliance issued by Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) to demonstrate tax compliance in Hawaii. Additionally, bidders must provide a detailed price list for laboratory gases along with a completed Laboratory Gas Cost Table as part of their bid submission.
