Background The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide groundskeeping services at the NOAA Gulf of America Disaster Response Center located in Mobile, Alabama. The goal of this contract is to maintain the facility's outdoor areas to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for staff and visitors. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: mowing grass, trimming edges, pruning trees and shrubs, removing trash and debris, maintaining flower beds, and ensuring that all grounds are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Specific requirements include regular maintenance schedules, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with environmental regulations. The contractor must also provide necessary equipment and materials for all tasks outlined in the Statement of Work.
