Additionally, the vendor must offer lifetime technical support via phone, free shipping, free on-site setup, technical assistance, and demonstrations for the first two years of use. Warranty information must be provided, and any differences from the requested specifications should be explained.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of two years, covering the initial setup and support phase.

Place of Performance
