Posted: Jan. 6, 2026, 12:24 p.m. EST The Naval Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) is the weapons system integration and software support activity for several aircraft Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). The IPTs and Program Support Offices currently operating at the NAWCWD include the F/A-18 & EA-18G, AH-1, F-35 and Unmanned Systems. In addition to the above, the contract may support any other aircraft IPTs assigned to the NAWCWD and interoperability initiatives involving support aircraft. The mission of each IPT and Program Support Office is to provide research, development, test, evaluation, system integration, and programmatic support for weapons systems and associated tactical computer systems embedded within or carried on their aircraft, including related systems, support equipment, and interoperability initiatives. WSISS provides comprehensive services including integration of systems, software engineering, IPT technical support, design and fabrication, aircraft modification, and specialized training. These services encompass system development, testing, maintenance, configuration management, and training to ensure operational readiness and interoperability. NAWCWD is participating in the California Contracting, Acquisition, and Procurement (CCAP) Industry Day on February 4, 2026, at the Kerr McGee Center in Ridgecrest, CA. As part of this event, a breakout session will be held for the Weapons Systems Integration Support Services (WSISS) contract follow-on from 1:00 4:00 PM PST. The purpose of this session is to communicate the WSISS requirements to industry and receive feedback. The general session will feature a formal presentation from 1:00 2:00PM PST, followed by six 15-minute one-on-one Q&A sessions with Government representatives. Parties interested in a one-on-one session must submit a request via email to Ciera Wood at ciera.l.wood.civ@us.navy.mil and Caitlan Johnson at caitlan.e.johnson.civ@us.navy.mil.Your request must be received no later than 12:00 PM PST on January 23, 2026, and should include the attendee's name, employer, phone number, email, and any acquisition-related questions. Confirmations and scheduled one-on-one session times will be emailed to attendees by COB January 28, 2026. Depending on availability, limited on-site sign-ups may be offered after the presentation. Please note that all sessions will be unclassified. These meetings are intended to address specific questions about the requirement and are not a marketing opportunity.
