GLBA REHAB WATERLINE

Summary: Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the rehabilitation of the waterline system for fire suppression service at Bartlett Cove, Gustavus, Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska. The goal of this contract is to enhance fire safety and ensure reliable water supply for fire suppression in the area. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following construction tasks: 1. Rehabilitation of existing waterlines to ensure they meet current standards for fire suppression service. 2. Upgrading service entrances as necessary to support the rehabilitated waterline system. The work will include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete these tasks in accordance with the specifications outlined in Sections B through J of the solicitation. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and must complete all work within 335 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Place of Performance All construction activities will take place at Bartlett Cove, Gustavus, Glacier Bay National Park, AK 99826.
