Contract Requirements

- Contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. - All contractors submitting bids must be licensed under LA License R.S. 37:2150-2164. - The bidder must display their license number on both the bid and the sealed envelope. - All bids must include a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and any alternatives, subject to the conditions provided in the instructions to Bidders. - The successful contractor will be required to enter into a contract with the Livingston Parish Library and fulfill all project responsibilities as outlined above. - No bids may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids.
