Professional Engineering, Architectural and Construction Administration Services

Background

The Parish of Plaquemines is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide Professional Engineering, Architectural, and Construction Administration Services to the Department of Engineering and Public Works. The goal is to supplement the Engineering Department with technical support, construction field inspection, project management, and other related services on a project-specific basis. Eligible firms must have demonstrated experience in these services within Southeast Louisiana and be licensed in the State of Louisiana.

Work Details

The services to be provided include:

Roadway Design and Analysis

- Sewer Treatment & Collections System Design and Analysis - Water Treatment & Distribution System Design and Analysis - Drainage Collection & Pump Station Design and Analysis

Construction Management

- Resident Inspection.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed on an as-needed basis until July 10th, 2026.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements

Firms must demonstrate experience in Professional Engineering, Architectural, and Construction Administration Services in Southeast Louisiana. They must also be licensed in the State of Louisiana.
