Work Details

The contract involves the preparation and submission of a Detailed Line-Item Budget (DLIB) worksheet and a budget narrative for all federal and state grant awards negotiated with the RHTP. The DLIB must include detailed information on personal services, fringe benefits, travel, equipment, supplies, contracts, subawards, indirect costs, and any other necessary expenses. Specific requirements include: 1. Personal Services: Identification of each position with salary rates and time devoted to the project. 2. Fringe Benefits: Costs associated with employee benefits must be reasonable and documented. 3. Travel: Costs related to transportation, lodging, and subsistence for employees traveling on official business must be justified. 4. Equipment: Identification of items with a useful life exceeding one year and costs over $10,000 require prior approval from RHTP. 5. Supplies: Tangible personal property costs must be itemized unless they fall under nominal office supplies. 6. Contracts: Details of procurement transactions under the grant must be outlined including contractor names and services provided. 7. Subawards: Description of activities transferred to subgrantees must be included along with funding amounts.

Period of Performance

The period covered by the budget will align with the duration specified in the grant agreement.

Place of Performance

The principal place of performance should include the physical address where the majority of work related to the grant will occur as specified by the grantee.

Bidder Requirements

Grantees must provide their legal name registered for legal purposes, a unique entity identifier from SAM.gov, and ensure compliance with federal regulations regarding compensation for personal services as outlined in 2 CFR 200.
