Background The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking qualified sources for a construction project at the Bluefield Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center in Bluefield, West Virginia. The goal of this contract is to complete a full renovation of the Men’s, Women’s, and OMS Latrines to meet current standards and improve facilities for personnel.
