DiplomaSender Designated High School Equivalency Credentialing Service

Background

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking to contract with DiplomaSender as the designated high school equivalency credentialing service. This initiative aims to expand workforce development opportunities in Missouri by utilizing the proprietary TotalTranscript service, which includes a unique Grade Point Index (GPI) algorithm for credentialing.

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of high school equivalency credentialing services through DiplomaSender's TotalTranscript program. DiplomaSender is the sole source provider of this service, which includes managing Missouri’s High School Equivalency (HSE) credentialing. The GPI algorithm converts HSE test scores to a universal 4.0 GPA scale, providing valuable credentialing opportunities for the workforce in Missouri.

Period of Performance

Effective Date of Contract through June 19, 2027, with three (3) one-year renewal options available.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the state of Missouri.
