Background The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) is seeking sources to provide dental furniture in accordance with the requirements outlined. The Harry S Truman VA Medical Center - Multi-Specialty CBOC – Rolla requires specific medical equipment to outfit a new facility and enhance service delivery for veterans. Work Details The contract includes the following items to be delivered: - Chair, Exam, Audiology: Quantity 1 - Table, Instrument, Ophthalmic, Multiple: Quantity 3 - Refractor / Keratometer, Automatic: Quantity 1 - Microscope, Operating, Portable, General Use: Quantity 1 All equipment must be the newest model from a manufacturer of record that maintains a production line and stock of replacement parts. The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant standards and provide necessary documentation including user manuals and maintenance procedures. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance Products will be delivered to the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center - Multi-Specialty CBOC – Rolla location and initially to an offsite warehouse located at 2701 Vandiver Dr. Columbia, MO 65202. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide products manufactured in the USA. If products are not manufactured in the USA, bidders must disclose the country of origin and whether it is subject to any trade agreements with the United States.
