Background

Period of Performance

The contractor is expected to commence work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and must substantially complete the project within 270 calendar days from that date.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the City’s eBidding system. A bid bond of 5% is required if the bid exceeds $50,000. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage laws and provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the contract documents. Additionally, contractors are required to obtain a City Business License prior to commencing work.
