Background

The University of Central Missouri (UCM) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Parking Services Software System. The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of parking management at UCM, aligning with the university's mission to support its community through innovative solutions. The selected vendor will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the outlined requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.

Work Details

The vendor will provide a fully functional, turn-key Parking Software System that includes: 1. Transfer of all files from T2 Systems. 2. Integration with financial companies (Touchnet and Clearent). 3. Automation between Parking Software and Banner, including payroll deductions, student account charges, citation charges/payments, and enrollment. 4. Integration with Genetec or another LPR system. 5. Internet-based access compatible with all major browsers. 6. Online permit purchasing and citation payment options. 7. Virtual/email receipts and automated visitor lot entry payments. 8. Management of event parking and integration with Vivenu for ticketing coordination. 9. Reporting capabilities for permit sales and citation revenue without reliance on Crystal Reports. 10. Support for setup, training, warranty information, and future technology expansion.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon execution around September 15, 2026, with an implementation phase leading to a Go-Live date scheduled for January 5, 2027. The initial contract duration is three years with options for two one-year renewals.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the University of Central Missouri located in Warrensburg, MO.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must have a minimum of five years of experience providing Parking Software Services, preferably in higher education settings.
