Services must comply with ASHRAE 170-2013, VHA Directive 1116(2), VA Office of Construction & Facilities Management Design Manuals, and Joint Commission standards. The contractor is responsible for any travel costs incurred while providing these services. Period of Performance Base Year with Four (4) Option Years; Performance Period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
