Employee Engagement Survey

Background

The University of Massachusetts Amherst Office of Human Resources (OHR) is seeking a qualified vendor to design and deliver a comprehensive employee engagement survey solution. This initiative aims to enhance employee engagement across the university's six campuses, which include Amherst, Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, Worcester, and the President’s Office. The goal is to gather valuable insights that will help improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the following services: 1. Survey Software:

Year 1

Cost of survey software for the first year.

Year 2

Cost of survey software for the second year.

Year 3

Cost of survey software for the third year.

Year 4

Cost of survey software for the fourth year.

Year 5

Cost of survey software for the fifth year. 2. Survey Development:

Survey Development/Launch

Cost per hour for developing and launching the survey.

Comprehensive Training

Fixed fee for comprehensive training on using the survey tool. - Other related services as needed.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on June 10, 2026, and conclude on July 10, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various locations across the University of Massachusetts campuses in Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must comply with specific prerequisites including submission of a Consent Declaration, State Tax Compliance Affidavit, Certification of Non-Collusion, Proposer Representation Form, and Supplier Record Authorization. Additionally, vendors must provide proof of professional liability insurance and adhere to UMass's contractual terms.
