Background

The Ocala/Marion County Visitors and Convention Bureau (Tourist Development for Marion County) is seeking qualified agencies to provide comprehensive photography and videography services. The goal is to capture high-quality visual content that promotes Marion County as a premier tourism destination, showcasing various leisure activities, events, and venues.

Work Details

The selected firm will provide the following services: - Capture candid moments of leisure, outdoor activities, business travel, venues, and special events through both photography and videography. - Produce mini episodes featuring long- and short-form videos for marketing purposes. - Deliver high-resolution content within 14 days of a shoot, with occasional 5-day turnarounds. - Provide a minimum of 20 edited photographs per location on the shot list in JPG and RAW formats with file sizes no less than 300 dpi. - Edit and deliver HD video footage in digital format. - Supply at least two duplicate master copies of final images/videos on an approved external hard drive or flash drive. - Upload all content to a digital access management system exclusive to OMCVCB. - Handle pre-production scheduling including site walkthroughs and day-of filming logistics.

Period of Performance

The initial contract will be for one year with two one-year renewal options.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed in Marion County, Florida, at various assigned locations including area cities, towns, hotels, attractions, and restaurants.

Bidder Requirements

Agencies must have their own photography and videography equipment and obtain necessary licenses or permits for drone content. They should demonstrate knowledge of Ocala/Marion County's tourism industry through prior work samples. A release must be signed by all participants in images/videos to grant OMCVCB full usage rights.
