Warehouse Stock- Custodial Supplies

Background

The District School Board of Pasco County is seeking to establish a three-year contract for warehouse stock custodial supplies. The goal of this contract is to ensure that various custodial supplies are available as needed during the contract period, supporting the district's mission to maintain clean and safe educational environments.

Work Details

The contract will cover various custodial supplies including but not limited to: microfiber mops, mop frames, wet mop heads, push brooms, safety cones, mop buckets with wringers, microfiber tube mops, floor pads, and utility pad holders. Specific quantities include: - 204 aluminum telescopic handles - 204 pocket frames - 144 wet mop heads - 30 push brooms - 120 safety cones All products must meet specified manufacturer standards and no substitutions will be allowed without prior approval.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 28, 2026, and will run through July 27, 2029. There is an option for renewal for an additional term not exceeding the initial contract period.

Place of Performance

All deliveries must be made to the District School Board of Pasco County’s Distribution Services Warehouse located at 7301 Land O’Lakes Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34638.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must provide proof of insurance coverage and a completed Substitute W-9 form. They must also comply with drug-free workplace requirements and submit a conflict of interest form if applicable. Additionally, vendors must adhere to employee screening requirements for those working in district schools or offices.
