Background

The Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) seeks to enter into a contract with one or more independent gaming laboratories for the testing of electronic gaming-related equipment, technology, and devices. This testing is mandatory before any game, software addition, or feature change on any gaming device at casinos, racinos, or charitable gaming organizations that opt for electronic pull tabs and/or electronic raffles. The goal is to ensure compliance and safety in gaming operations within the state of Indiana.

Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive Certification Testing Services which include: - Flow diagrams/charts of each certified system showing inter-relationships of components. - Step-by-step procedures for tools used to verify unique identification codes. - Conducting Certification Testing at a laboratory in the U.S. with ISO 17020 and 17025 certifications. - Providing online access to IGC staff for reports and documents generated from testing. - Maintaining a comprehensive database tracking items approved or disapproved by IGC. - Performing network penetration testing and on-site audits of various gaming technologies upon request. - Providing ongoing regulatory assistance/support for previously certified items.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and will remain effective until terminated by either party as per the terms outlined in the contract.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the contractor's laboratory located within the United States.

Bidder Requirements

Respondents must have experience providing Certification Testing services for at least two gaming regulatory agencies since January 1, 2007. They must maintain adequate resources to serve as an Authorized Independent Gaming Laboratory and be willing to undergo continuous monitoring by IGC.
