This SSN is in support of market research and procurement planning being conducted by the Management Support Office (MSO) at the United States Department of the Army (DA), Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA)/Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA)/Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-1, on behalf of the Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce (AECW) Directorate. This announcement is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ). This SSN/RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not guarantee that an award will be made. Any quotes submitted in response to this SSN/RFI are not quotes on which an order will be issued. The Government assumes NO financial responsibility for any costs incurred. A solicitation package is not available at this time. Camp Atterbury, Indiana 46131 OBJECTIVE: The intent of this SSN/RFI is to gauge industry interest and search for potential sources capable of fulfilling a requirement for various video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment* for a newly built building located at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The installation will involve specific placements of cameras, microphones, speakers, and other equipment to ensure optimal functionality for instructional purposes and video conferencing. Post-installation requirements include providing all necessary licenses and software for maintenance, along with a two-year warranty on parts and service. Period of Performance The objective is to have Building 367 fully operational with VTC equipment no later than three months after award, aiming for completion by the end of fiscal year (FY) 2026.
