Background The United States Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this requirement on behalf of the 805th Military Police Company to provide lodging-in-kind accommodations and meals for military service members during their active duty mobilization. The goal of this contract is to ensure that service members have appropriate lodging and meal services during their stay from July 9 to July 12, 2026. Work Details The contractor shall provide lodging for a total of 40 rooms, consisting of 2 single occupancy and 38 double occupancy rooms, along with a total of 684 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) over the period of performance. Specific tasks include: - Providing lodging facilities within a 50-mile radius of the unit's home station at 3677 NC-55, Cary, NC. - Ensuring that each room includes amenities such as television with cable access, internet access, iron and ironing board, and alarm clock. - Meals must be provided daily from July 9 through July 12, with specific dietary restrictions accommodated as needed. Meals should be served buffet or sit-down style at the lodging facility or an attached restaurant. - The contractor must ensure compliance with per diem rates for both lodging and meals as outlined in Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR). - A rooming roster must be provided to the contractor no later than two calendar days before check-in.
