Background The Marine Corps Installations East Regional Contracting Office (MCI-EAST RCO) has a requirement for laundry and dry-cleaning services at three specified locations. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, and supervision required to perform professional dry-cleaning and laundry services for Marine and Sailor dress uniforms. Key tasks include: 1. Pickup and drop-off of clothing items at designated contractor facilities. 2. Laundering/dry-cleaning and pressing of military uniforms with a turnaround time not exceeding thirty (30) hours from drop-off. 3. Ensuring all returned garments are thoroughly cleaned, pressed, free of new damage, and packaged appropriately. 4. Providing detailed invoices that itemize the number and type of garments serviced. 5. Maintaining quality control standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance The period of performance is from June 24, 2026, to July 14, 2026. Place of Performance Services will be performed in Baltimore, Maryland; New York City, New York; and Boston, Massachusetts.
