Scope of Work Requested

The contract seeks qualified firms to perform site paving and hardscape services for two facilities: - B720.1 Site: Approximately 121,780 square feet of asphalt paving and 6,000 square feet of hardscape.

B742 Site

Approximately 102,500 square feet of asphalt paving and 3,800 square feet of hardscape. Key elements of the trade package include, but are not limited to: - Asphalt paving - Concrete hardscapes - Roadway and parking striping & markings - Parking signage - CIP wall for AOA fence

This solicitation is issued by Skanska USA Building, the Design-Builder for the project.

Background

The project involves the construction of a replacement single-story cargo facility totaling 120,000 square feet, which includes approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space. The site will provide landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for about 30 trucks. Additionally, a separate Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet will be constructed on site. Demolition of the existing Building 730 is required to facilitate the new construction.
