Period of Performance

The work must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a Bid Bond of not less than 5% of the Base Bid amount. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount, are required from the successful bidder. Contractors and subcontractors must obtain a business license in Georgia, be fully insured, and hold a valid Contractor's License in Georgia. Compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act is mandatory.
