Background

The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is seeking to procure Cisco switches to enhance its network infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to provide reliable and efficient networking equipment that supports the agency's operations and mission.

Work Details

The contract includes the provision of various Cisco products, specifically: 1. 13 units of Cisco C9350 24-port 60W UPoE (Part Number: C9350-24U) 2. 13 units of ENH 8X5XNBD Cisco 9350 24port (Part Number: CON-L1NBD-C935024U) 3. 13 units of 1600W AC 80+ Titanium Port-Inlet Power Supply (Part Number: PWR-C2-1600WAC-IUP) 4. 26 units of North America AC Type A Power Cable (Part Number: CAB-TA-NA) 5. 13 units of Cisco C9350 8 x 25G/10G/1G or 4x 50G SFP56 network module (Part Number: C9350-NM-8Y) 6. Additional items including stack cables, power cables, software images, RFID options, and various licenses totaling several hundred units across different models and configurations.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for the contract will be determined upon award but may include provisions for unilateral extensions by MAA if funds remain unspent at the end of the contract duration.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Maryland Aviation Administration within the state of Maryland.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addenda to the bid documents. The quantities provided are for bidding purposes only, and MAA reserves the right to award the contract with a not-to-exceed amount that may differ from the total bid.
