Scope of Work

The Del Sol Turf Installation project requires the following services at Del Sol Academy, as detailed in the provided drawings and contract documents: - Installation of artificial grass - Tree installation - Irrigation system upgrades - Storm water system upgrades - Provision of all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the work

Contract Requirements

All bidders must ensure their proposals cover every aspect of the artificial turf installation, tree planting, and the required irrigation and storm water upgrades, as specified. Submission Instructions

Sealed bids must be delivered to the JUSD Purchasing Department at 4850 Pedley Road, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, according to the Purchasing Bid Clock. Bids received after this time will not be considered. At the deadline, all sealed bids will be opened and read aloud. Requests for information (RFIs) must be submitted to Lindsey Hopson at lindsey.hopson@jusd.k12.ca.us before 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026.
