Background

The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking supplemental proposals and pricing for instructional materials, teaching aids, supplies, software, equipment, and other related products and services. This solicitation aims to support various educational programs across the district, including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Early Childhood Education, STEAM initiatives, Special Education, and more for Pre-K through 12th grade. The proposal is issued in compliance with federal regulations to procure goods and services funded by federal dollars.

Materials for English Language Arts and Reading

- Mathematics resources - Science supplies - Social Studies materials - Career and Technical Education (CTE) resources - Early Childhood educational tools - Parent resources - STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) materials - English as a Second Language (ESL) resources - Special Education materials - Gifted and Talented (GT) resources - Stage and Theater supplies - World Languages materials - General classroom supplies - Online instruction tools including subscriptions and licenses.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract will be from August 2026 to January 2028. There is a provision for one successive renewal consisting of a 2-year term from January 2028 to January 2030.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Lewisville Independent School District in Texas.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit all required bid attachments including a catalog or price list in an electronic format. They must also provide a W-9 form, Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties), an insurance certificate, a public records agreement, and any necessary pre-service affidavits if providing services on LISD property. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to this contract.
