2026 Annual Drainage Maintenance

Background

The City of Celina is issuing a request for bids for the 2026 Annual Drainage Maintenance project. The goal of this project is to improve drainage infrastructure within the city limits, aligning with the city's mission to enhance public safety and environmental sustainability.

Work Details

The construction project involves drainage ditch improvements at three locations: Old Celina Park, Downtown Railroad, and the Redbud Street residential area. The scope of work includes: - Removal and replacement of existing pavement and drainage infrastructure - Grading improvements - Erosion mitigation - Revegetation.

Period of Performance

The anticipated duration of the project is 150 calendar days from the start date.

The work will be performed at three locations within the Celina city limits: Old Celina Park, Downtown Railroad, and the Redbud Street residential area.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a bid bond of five percent (5%) from a reliable Surety Company. The successful bidder is required to furnish performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price from an approved Surety Company. Bidders are expected to inspect the work site prior to bidding.
