Continuing Education Lighting Inverter and Batteries Replacement project

Scope of Work

The project requires the replacement of lighting inverters and their associated batteries in each building. The contractor will: - Remove existing inverters and batteries as part of their scope. - Provide pricing for the replacement of each inverter. - Ensure that the new inverter fits within the same space as the current inverter. - Submit inverter model numbers with the bid.

This solicitation is issued for the Continuing Education Lighting Inverter and Batteries Replacement project.

Background

Inverters in each building have been identified for replacement with like-in-kind units.

Contract Requirements

- All inverters included in pricing must be MYERS, ISOLITE, or DUAL-LITE brands. - Special consideration will be given to inverters certified with BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA. - Contractor must provide pricing for both 2-year and 5-year warranty options, in addition to the costs outlined in the building descriptions on the site plan.

Submission Instructions

A mandatory site visit is required for all bidding contractors. During this visit, contractors are responsible for taking any measurements necessary for replacement.
