The contract work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following: - Construction of an asphalt rubber chip seal - Application of type II micro surfacing - Roadway excavation, including dig outs - Traffic handling - Pavement delineation and traffic markings - Completion of any additional items or details required by the project plans and specifications Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Amador County General Services.

This project, titled Lower Ridge Road Pavement Treatment (Invitation to Bid 26-06), has an estimated construction cost of $1,136,000. Contractors must possess a valid Class A or C12 license.

All work must comply with the plans and specifications provided. Contractors are responsible for furnishing all required labor, materials, and equipment.

Bid information and project documents are available for review at the General Services Administration office, 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Phone: (209) 223-6375. Documents can also be downloaded at no charge from the Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca. A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required for each physical Bid Document set. Sealed bids must be submitted to the General Services Administration by either U.S. Mail to 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527, or by in-person delivery to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA 95654. Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM, Thursday, July 9, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration at the Martell address listed above.
