This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued, which can be found on www.sam.gov. Background The US Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking to operate a NADP/NTN wet atmospheric monitoring station as part of its mission to monitor environmental conditions. The goal of this contract is to ensure the collection and processing of precipitation samples, as well as the maintenance and operation of the monitoring equipment.
