Bidder Requirements This acquisition is set aside for 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidders must provide payment bond protection in the amount of 100% of the final contract award amount within 10 calendar days after award. Contractors must also possess any required performance and/or payment bonds. Additionally, bidders must have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) at the time of quote submission and throughout contract performance.
